This ATD Atlanta cohort experience pairs Wiley’s official Five Behaviors® Certification with peer learning, community, and optional post-certification application support.
What’s Included
Five Behaviors® Certification (Delivered by Wiley)
Participants complete Wiley’s virtual, two-week certification experience, which includes:
- Self-paced learning
- Live virtual sessions facilitated by Wiley
- Practice and peer feedback
- Certification exam
- Access to Wiley’s online training center
Upon successful completion, participants earn the Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner credential.
ATD Atlanta Cohort Experience
- ATD member group pricing (5+ participants)
- Cohort-based learning window (Spring / Summer / Fall 2026)
- Peer connection with practitioners across industries
- Pathways for continued learning and facilitation practice
Certification Delivery and Roles
- Wiley delivers and administers certification
- ATD Atlanta hosts the cohort and manages registration
- The Best Workplace (TBW) and The Nelius Strategy (TNS) are authorized partners supporting cohort coordination and post-certification application learning
- Emory Continuing Education (CE) hosts ongoing application labs
Continuing the Learning: Application Labs
Certified Five Behaviors® practitioners will be invited to participate in quarterly application labs focused on:
- Facilitating team experiences
- Translating the model into real organizational settings
- Sharing case studies and lessons learned
- Sustaining the Five Behaviors® beyond certification
These labs are optional and offered separately.
Certification sessions are delivered and administered by Wiley. ATD Atlanta hosts the cohort experience but does not deliver certification. Seat availability is limited and subject to Wiley scheduling.
