Launch the 2026 ATD Greater Atlanta Mentorship Program with an energizing in-person kickoff.

This session includes:

Program orientation and expectations
Mentor/mentee meet-and-greet
Cohort connection activities
A live DiSC workshop facilitated by Cornelius “Neil” Dowdell

The Kickoff is the foundation of the program, designed to deepen self-awareness, build relationships, and set the tone for the year.

This event is open to ATD Greater Atlanta members and non-members who would like to experience the learning session, while program participants attend at no cost as part of their enrollment.
